Connerly’s NE petition workers accused of fraud violations

As reported in the Omaha World Herald, David Kramer, director of Nebraskans United, said his group has compiled video clips that show petition circulators breaking state laws as they try to persuade voters to sign a petition that would place the affirmative action ban on the November ballot.

Kramer, an Omaha lawyer and former chairman of the Nebraska Republican Party, said Nebraskans United would legally challenge the validity of some of the petition's signatures in an effort to keep the issue off the ballot.
